Shipping was fast. Added gas and oil, hooked up battery, turned the key had power to spare. I swear it didnt turn the engine over one time and it started. Dont forget the cover to keep it looking good and free from dirt. I live in an RV 40ft Heartland 5th wheel runs it fine. THANKS

I have read a lot of reviews on this generator. First off the ds10000e is made to the exact same specs as the Xp10000e but on sale $200 cheaper. Someone said that there battery was dead upon arrival and the gas tank no longer had a fuel gauge. mine has a gauge and my battery was fine. When I got I filled it with oil and gas turned the key for 5sec and it fired right up. I have a 1100sq foot home and if powered up ever light in the hous along with 2 tvs 52" & 32, stereo, xbox, two direct tv boxes, cd, keurig, Kenmore elite trio fridge, electric stove (only tried one element on the stove, my oil burner (I have indirect water tank).

I bought this generator on a Friday night and received it the following Thursday mid morning. Shipping was very fast. The box was slightly damaged, but zero interior damage. After putting everything together, it started on the first crank of the electric start. Pull start kicked on the 2nd pull. So far so good as the generator is doing everything it is supposed to do. The big test will be next week when my house is gonna be wired for this generator.

I received the generator 3 weeks ago delivery man was very helpful, he had a pallet truck to bring the generator up to the garage. I filled her up with gas, added 37 oz. of oil dont assume its full, didnt yet connect the positive lead to the gel-cell battery this has to be a transportation safety concern. One pull started right up; let it stabilize for 5 minutes. I put about 6500 watt to her NO PROBLEM, took it like a champ. When the 3 ton air conditioner kicks on, a 2 second growl which is a 4300 watt kick in the pants and NO PROBLEM. This is a very good generator and the price is right! The layout of the front panel is very well planned. Very good job GENERATOR FACTORY OUTLET.

I lost my power here for 10 days. I ordered one of these durostar 10000 watt units and a duromax 10000 unit. Both units arrived 4 days after i orderedd tyhem. I ran my whole house on the durastar unit including my air conditioner, lights, fridges and even my garage door. I am happy with my purchase.

I dont buy much on the internet but I couldnt find a 50amp electric start generator locally for under 2000 dollars. This durostar 10000 watt has what I needed. A 50 amp plug so I could power my house plus electric start. The generator started up on the first crank and it has an automotive finish to its detail. Im ready for the next power outage...bring it!!
