We received this generator in a very timely manner. We serviced it and let it run for a while. It was purchased for use with our RV and for the horse trailer. We haven't yet made any trips, but feel sure this will serve our purpose very well. It was very quiet

I got this a few weeks ago. Then, I just used it this weekend for 2 days straight due to the snow storm that disrupted the power of a lot from NJ (and might last a week). You would notice that it is made from China but the unit worked without any issue! It powered my sump pump, refirigerator and washing machine.

This little unit is everything all the reviews say it is. It is a awesome little power house coupled with a transfer switch. After the last storm that left us without power my wife is the one that sold me on getting a gen set, she said for what we have invested in the frig and freezer alone it will pay for it self. I did my homework looking for the best in quality and price this unit had it all. I added a transfer switch for easy hook up and safety. We are ready for the next storm.

I bought this two days before Irene struck NJ. It would have been an awesome deal with the free shipping, but I paid for 1 day shipping since I ordered it on a Thurs. morning and got it on Friday afternoon. My wife thought I was crazy until we lost power. We are now on our 3rd day running it and it has been great! Powered my refrigerator the whole time, lights, tv and I have a line running to my neighbors for a pump. Easy to assemble, started up on the first pull and I've averaged 8 to 9 hours on the 4 gallon tank.

After reading so many positive reviews coupled with the price of this unit (with free shipping) I decided to go with the XP4400. I didn't get the electric start because all the reviews said one to two pulls would do it. It is packaged excellent for shipping so it wouldn't get damaged. I unpackaged the unit, installed the wheel kit and added fluids. One pull and it was running. I purchased this to mainly take camping but it will be a handy tool to have around the house. If you're looking for a nice generator at a great price, this is it.

The unit was packed very well, the wheel kit was complete and everything fits. I hate it when parts are missing or don't fit. Not the case with this product. Started on second pull out of the box and now starts on first pull. Runs very quiet. I'm very happy with the product. I also purchased the cord and outlet box to hook the unit up to the house for emergency power. You will be hard pressed to find an equal value anywhere.

We needed this asap for a camping trip and I was able to get it the next day. When we turned it on we didn't know what to compare it to because we never had a generator before. At first we thought it was LOUD and wasn't sure how well it would be in our campsite. We ended up using our friends generator that he paid $2,800 because his was so quite. Everyone said to try our generator out and to see how loud it was. We turned it on and it ended up being almost just as quite as our friends generator. We were so thrilled that we bought something for less and it performed just as well as the expensive one. I would recommend this to everyone.
