I WAS DELIGHTED TO SEE EVERYTHING FROM THE PACKAGING TO THE FIRST TURN OF THE KEY STARTING. INSTRUCTIONS ARE SIMPLE. THE BEST INVESTMENT YOU COULD MAKE. RELITEVLY QUIET AND POWERFUL. MOST OF THE OPTIONS ARE ALL STANDARD. JUST AS QUIET AS A HONDA BUT FOR A QUARTER OF THE PRICE AN EXCELLENT BUY.

Delivery was on time, this was the best packed product I have ever received. the assembly was easy, the generator started first time. This was a good experience. The 69 db is great, the unit is very compact, the fold down handles are nice, I bought the one with elec start which is great. I had an old 5000 kw that was so loud it was hard to sleep in the house, if the power goes out again I'm ready. This is a good investment.

Overall the generator was an excellent buy. Assembly instructions were clear and all the parts were there. Battery had enough charge to start the generator. It actually powered more tha it was rated for (just a little). Only glitch came when I tried to turn it off. The ground side of the switch was not connected. Easy fix if you are handy but could be a problem if you are not mechanically inclined.

This product exceeded all expectations. It came packed better than anything that I have had shipped to my house. I like the key starter and the handles plus the ability to charge a car battery. If you live anywhere that the electricity is supplied by Baltimore Gas & Electric Company, this is a life saver. We have lost power 8 times this year therefore a generator is a necessity not a luxury.

My husband has been wanting a generator for a long time. I finally decided to get one for his birthday (which is today). He's big on quality and durability. And since he's a machinist/welder, he's hard to please. I am happy to say the generator was packed perfectly, delivered on time and worked like a champ. Well made, good quality, quiet and durable. It started right up. For the price, you can't beat it. I certainly recommend.
