IM SO HAPPY I PICKED THIS MX4500 WHAT A GREAT COMPANY TO DO BUSINESS WITH! THEY SAID IT WOULD TAKE A WEEK FOR SHIPPING. IT ARRIVED IN THREE DAYS RIGHT TO MY FRONT DOOR. IT TOOK ME ONE HOUR TO READ THE MANUEL & INSTALL THE WHEEL KIT. I PUT IN THE OIL & GAS, ONE PULL & BINGO IT STARTED! VERY QUITE! WHAT A SWEET MACH!!! THANKS GENERATOR FACTORY OUTLET!

Got it in 4 days to Vermont... runs the whole Rv nicely. The unit is nice and is fairly quiet, i was suprised it was as quiet as it is! The price definately was Right! I would highly reccomend this generater to anyone! I purchased the MX4500 and its worth every cent!

Item came fast. The wheel kit and handle Instructions could be more detailed, but still went smooth.

Got this generator to run appliances during outage. Started on second pull and ran for hours with no issues. Ran in again a few days later and started on second pull again.

Delivered on date stated on invoice. Lower corner of shipping
container was damaged, no damage to product. Read the owners manual, filled the unit with oil and gas, started on the third pull. I test ran the MX4500 for 15-20 minutes with no problems. True test will be this spring when camping season begans. Excellent quality,compact well made unit. Good choice as a standby power source.
